Gopher Directional Drilling Services was formed over twelve years ago, specializing in horizontal directional drilling.
In April 2007 Murphy Drilling Pty Ltd took ownership with a view to expand and diversify operations. Over time we have developed a particular expertise in communications infrastructure.
To support this work we have recently purchased of a 2009 model, Vermeer D24x40II Series Navigator Directional Drill, with 200 metres of drill rods and rock tool (RATT Tool).
Licences, Permits, Safety & Insurance
Gopher Directional Drilling values a safe worksite. Our staff hold all necessary licences and permits as required for the work undertaken, including:
- All appropriate machinery tickets
- CPCCOHS1001A: Work Safely in the construction industry (White Card)
- Queensland Construction Industry Blue Card
- Ergon Generic Inductions
- Telstra Accreditations where applicable
We have all relevant Workplace Health and Safety Procedures in place and have the necessary current Workcover and Public Liability Insurances.
We service Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Toogham, Howard, Gayndah, Mundubbera, Gympie, Cooroy, Childers, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Idsvold and the rest of Queensland, Australia.
